CK Asset Holdings’ Perfect Ten to launch second tower for sale on Sept 10. On September 10, apartments in Perfect Ten’s second tower, an elite condominium on Bukit Timah Road, will begin going on sale. Two twin structures of 24 floors and 230 units each make up the freehold complex. The size of the units ranges from 753 to 797 square feet for two bedrooms to 1,227 to 1,281 square feet for three bedrooms.
The project was first introduced in December 2021, when the developer released 115 units in one of the towers for sale. It is created by the renowned Singaporean architectural firm DP Architects. Since that time, 96 of the available apartments—including 44 of the 46 three-bedroom units—have been rented out. According to CK Asset Holdings, the units were sold for a range of $2.08 million to $4.2 million, or an average price of $3,000 per square foot.
On September 10, CK Asset Holdings will make 55 units available for purchase for the launch. For two-bedroom homes, starting costs range from $2.1 million to $2.5 million, while for three-bedroom units, they range from $3.5 million to $4.1 million. The northeast and southwest directions are where the new tower faces. All units have ceilings that are over three meters high, and all three-bedroom and some two-bedroom units have separate elevator lobbies.
The premier real estate firm owned by Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-Shing is CK Asset Holdings. It is one of the biggest real estate developers in the city and has its headquarters there.
